When we look at the way humans move, there are 7 main movement patterns. All are crucial components to consider when assessing movement among endurance athletes.

The services below are avenues that may or may not fit your needs. It is recommended to start with an initial consultation and then a complete gait analysis before moving on to any other service so that you can get the most accurate program developed for you. 

Complete Gait Analysis

$200/90 Minutes

Includes run gait analysis, movement screening, loading management assessment, & shoe discussion. Take-home PDF is included post session that includes everything covered and a personalized corrective exercise routine. 

Gait Analysis Follow-Up

$100/60 Minutes

Follow-up session on specific gait mechanics/re-measure angles, etc. Prioritization is on the key items that were revealed in the first complete analysis session.
Updated take-home PDF, exercises, etc. 
Available after doing a complete gait analysis.

Personal Training

$80/60 Minutes

Personal training tailored to your individual goals
(strength, run specific, muscle growth,
weight loss, general wellness, etc.)

2:1 Training

$45/60 Minutes

Sessions for 2 individuals. $45/person in the group.
(strength, run specific, muscle growth,

weight loss, general wellness, etc.)

3+:1 Training

$35/60 Minutes

Sessions for 3+ individuals. $35/person in the group.
