Oak Endurance Classes
Oak Endurance group classes are al la carte style meaning you can pick and choose what you attend and pay for. Although it is encouraged, you do not need to register before every class. If you are on a time crunch, just show up and mention to Jacob that you did not register online. Hope to see you soon!

This class will be targeted towards endurance athletes, but all individuals are welcome and will benefit from the foundational exercises we will be doing to improve the following items:
